At Crystals & Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new piece doesn't resonate with you, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the jewelry and crystals in their original velvet pouches and gift boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
